Conditions:

An additional rollaway bed for an additional guest in the room, suite or apartment is charged at $65 incl GST per night.  A cancellation policy applies - 25% per room cancelled within 7 days of scheduled arrival, and 100% per room cancelled within 24 hours or for non-arrival.

Child Policy:

We are child and family friendly, and welcome all,

Infants 0-2 years of age utilising a cot, stay free of charge.

Children 3-11 years of age sharing the same room as their parents, and using existing bedding may stay free of charge to a maximum of two children.  However this does not include breakfast.

Additional children sharing a room with their parents, if room capacity allows, will be charged the extra person room rate.  A fee of $65 including GST per night, per person will be applied to accommodation if the person is 12 years of age or older.  This does not include a complimentary breakfast.

Non-Smoking Policy:

The Penthouse Apartment, and all hotel rooms and suites are strictly NON-SMOKING.

This policy is enforced in the interest of comfort and safety of all our guests.
