" Best Rate" Tariffs apply when booking direct with The Esplanade Hotel, and are subject to availability, and apply for a limited time only. Black out dates apply.
Inclusions:
Tariff for the Windsor rooms, Harbourview rooms and Esplanade suite is per room
per night, for up to two people. This includes complimentary breakfast for two people.
Tariff for the Penthouse Apartment is for the
entire apartment (two double rooms) per night for up to four people, with complimentary breakfast included for four people.
An
extra person is charged at $62 including GST per night. Breakfast is not included in this price.
An Early Morning Check-in or Late Check-Out surcharges apply of $112.50 including GST each.
Cancellation Policy :
Credit card details are required at least two weeks prior to arrival to confirm the reservation booking. Unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled and/or incur the following charges. Should you cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival you will be charged a fee of 25% of the total accommodation costs, however if you choose to cancel, or not show, within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date you will be charged full accommodation costs.
Child Policy:
We are child and family friendly, and welcome all,
Infants 0-2 years of age utilising a cot, stay free of charge.
Children 3-11 years of age sharing the same room as their parents, and using existing bedding may stay free of charge to a maximum of two children. However this does not include breakfast.
Additional children sharing a room with their parents, if room capacity allows, will be charged the extra person room rate. A fee of $62 including GST per night, per person will be applied to accommodation if the person is 12 years of age or older. This does not inlcude a complimentary breakfast.
Non-Smoking Policy:
The Penthouse Apartment, and all hotel rooms and suites are strictly NON-SMOKING.
This policy is enforced in the interest of comfort and safety of all our guests.
